National Park Service Facilitators Royalty (BOOK) Payments: To pay a training royalty or book reproduction fee using a credit card, first fill out the registration section below, specify the course dates and location, and click the e-mail tab to send. Then click the BUY THIS tab under NPS FEES (tuition or books) enter the number of students trained (or number of books you wish to reproduce) and follow the easy steps for PayPal.
