Great class Craig. Funny, I was just counseling a very experienced officer about an accidental taser discharge in the lock room. As he went through an explanation of his actions I immediately understood what and why it happened. Thanks.

Truly an impressive course, I look at all aspects of my profession differently now. I can see unsafe situations developing before they become dangerous. It has also given me a greater insight of my own performance. Your teaching methods delivered the course material in a positive and easy to understand format. Thank you for dedication to all of us in the Helicopter Aviation industry.

The class was great! I have been in law enforcement for 27 years and have gone to hundreds of classes. This was the most informative, useful class I have ever been to. I was able to apply this information as soon as I got back to the communications center and will continue to be able to use it. Thank you.

As a relatively new Air Support Division Supervisor, and a relatively new commercial helicopter pilot, your class provided me with some insight into issues that we see daily, not only at ASD, but in police work in general. I will be able to apply something everyday that will make us a safer airborne law enforcement unit. Thanks.

Great information to use not only at work, but in my home life. I would recommend this class to all law enforcement personnel.

This class has allowed me to share with my coworkers why we do what we do, and how we can do it better.

Since attending this course I have a different way of thinking about human error. I think that to fail to implement this program, now that we are aware of it, would be reckless.

The very week after class, management and supervision were discussing a personnel issue. Stress signs and signals as presented in the class were immediately obvious, in some aspects virtually verbatim. It was almost surreal. We all clearly understood that the bottom line problem was stress and all understood at what level the individual was at. Our corrective action then took the path best recommended through the training.

Captain, Shafter Police Department
Among other things this class has helped me to understand more about my self as well as the process behind the decisions I make on a day to day basis.

The Human Factors Class was very informative and made me feel "HUMAN". I had a "great" outlook on my job and life when I left this class and was eager to share with my family and co-workers. It was a great asset as a new training dispatcher.

I thought the class was phenomenal! This should be mandatory for all members of our Training Division, and especially all of my firearms instructors. Attendance for command staff level in all departments should be mandatory.
