RESEARCH STATISTICS REVEAL THAT OVER 85% OF ALL PRIMARY CAUSE FACTORS IN MISHAPS ARE RELATED TO HUMAN ERROR.

Human Factors training introduces law enforcement to the same evidence-based risk management concepts utilized by high-reliability organizations to reduce critical human errors resulting in injury, loss of life, civil liability, and loss of community confidence.

Our objective is to provide the empirical-evidence on known human capabilities and limitations so that organizations can build a more reliable “system” within their organizations. A system which compensates for human limitations while enhancing human capabilities to provide optimal individual and organizational performance.

Designed for both management and line employees.
